Day 18 - Toulouse to Vancouver

back home

It was a long flight back to Vancouver but in the spirit of the trip, we decided to bike home from the airport. We put our bikes together, slapped on the panniers and started on the 30 km bike ride home. It was fun.

Back to work…

When I got back to work on Monday, there was a stack of work and a string of urgent emails waiting for me. There was even a sticky note on my computer, with big, bright, red lettering telling me to read the urgent messages in my Inbox. Sigh…at least it ended with “oh yeah…welcome back <grin>”. Nothing to do now but start daydreaming about our next adventure. Maybe we will go cycling in a different part of the world, nah …… we love the cheese too much.
